School Improvement

At Hornby St Margaret’s, we are committed to continuous school improvement to ensure the best possible outcomes for all our pupils. Our approach is rooted in reflective practice, evidence-based strategies, and collaboration with staff, pupils, parents, and the wider community. We regularly review our curriculum, teaching methods, and pastoral support to meet the evolving needs of our learners. Through targeted professional development, robust self-evaluation, and a clear focus on raising standards, we aim to create a nurturing and ambitious learning environment where every child can thrive.
