Our most recent inspection took place on 14th & 15th July 2026. 

During the inspection, inspectors recognised: "Pupils feel welcome and valued at Hornby St Margaret's Church of England Primary School. Staff know pupils and their families well. This helps pupils to feel happy, cared for and safe. Pupils know who to turn to when they have a concern. New pupils settle quickly into school life. Pupils value the deep sense of community at the school. In this small school, every pupil is known individually and made to feel that they belong. Pupils speak warmly about school life and feel proud to be part of the school community."
