Infant trip to Borwick<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Tuesday we took the Infants to Borwick, the day was pirate themed, so the children enjoyed paddling boats on the canal, a treasure hunt and an obstacle course where they had to walk the plank! Have a look on our Facebook page for some photos of the day.<\/p>\n

Coronation Activity Day <\/strong><\/p>\n

Today, we have been celebrating the Kings Coronation, the children came to School dressed up in red, white and\/or blue. This afternoon in the School hall, we have made crowns to wear, King outfits out of newspaper and enjoyed a picnic lunch. Check out our Facebook page for photos of today.<\/p>\n

SAT\u2019s <\/strong><\/p>\n

Next week is SAT\u2019s week for our Year 6 children, they are welcome to bring a small good luck mascot into school with them. In between the tests they will be enjoying some delicious treats and lots of outside time, having fun playing rounders and cricket, so please make sure they have their PE kits in school.<\/p>\n

We are so proud of the children and how hard they have worked this year and we wish them every success.<\/p>\n

Junior trip to Morecambe \u2013 Date change<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have moved the date of our Morecambe history trip to Tuesday 16th<\/sup> May<\/u> due to transport availability. We will be following the Heritage Trail and looking at local history, architecture of the buildings and how Morecambe has changed over the years.<\/p>\n

PE Kit<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Summer term the Children will be taking part in PE sessions to include, football, rounders, rugby and cricket on the school field.<\/p>\n

Please can we ask that ALL CHILDREN HAVE A PE KIT IN SCHOOL<\/strong> to include Shorts, t-shirt and trainers. This PE kit can stay at School<\/u> until May half term.<\/p>\n
