Mufti Day \u2013 Today<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thank you for all the lovely gifts sent in this morning.\u00a0 It\u2019s still not too late to send in items suitable for the hampers.\u00a0 We would also be very grateful if parents could persuade local businesses to donate vouchers that we could use as raffle prizes. Please pass any such prizes to Hannah in the office, any time from now until<\/em><\/strong> 9t<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>h<\/sup> December.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Friday Bags<\/strong><\/p>\n

In your Friday bag on Friday 25th<\/sup> November you will find an envelope containing 5 raffle tickets<\/u> for each child you have in school. If you could sell these to family, friends, neighbours etc (or buy them yourself of course!) we would be very grateful. Tickets cost \u00a31 each. Please return money and completed ticket stubs in the envelope provided on Monday 28th<\/sup> November. If you would like more tickets, please add a note in your envelope, or let Hannah in the office know. Please return any unsold tickets via the Friday bag so that they can be reused.<\/p>\n

Also, in the Friday bag is the Christmas card designs<\/u>, these were created in school last week and look very festive! If you would like to place an order please go to www.approve.myfundraisinghub.com<\/a> and enter the codes on the order form. The deadline is 5\/12\/22. We cannot take orders for these in school.<\/p>\n

Junior Malham Residential<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please return the letter slip and pay the \u00a320 deposit on School Money by 30th<\/sup> November<\/strong>, so we can confirm numbers with the Youth Hostel. We really hope you can come, but if this trip raises any issues for you that may prevent your child from taking part, please come and talk to us in school.<\/p>\n

Christmas Performance <\/strong><\/p>\n

Please could the children bring in their costumes and a hanger<\/u> so we can practice trying them on ahead of the production, we have been doing a lot of rehearsing and we can\u2019t wait to show you our performance on Tuesday 6th<\/sup> December.<\/p>\n

We are not issuing tickets this year for the performance as we hope that there will be enough room for everyone to attend the Church \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n

Robin Hood pantomime 14th<\/sup> December<\/strong><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t forget to pay \u00a35 <\/strong>for the pantomime trip to Hannah in the office by the 30th<\/sup> November<\/strong>, payment can be made by cash or cheque (made payable to Hornby Church of England Primary school).\u00a0 This payment will not<\/u> be set up on School money.<\/p>\n

Junior TT Rockstar\u2019s Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have been taking part in an inter school TT Rockstar\u2019s Lune Valley Schools competition this week. The competition counted the amount of correct answers per pupil in any of the games and WE WON!!<\/strong> A fantastic achievement from everyone!<\/p>\n
