Infant Forest School<\/strong><\/p>\n

All the infant children are off to Leck Woods for their next Forest School Adventure on Monday 25th<\/sup> February (the first day back after half-term!).<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 They will join the infant children from Leck.\u00a0 A detailed information sheet is included in their Friday bag today.\u00a0 Please note that they all need a packed lunch with drink, all disposable items in a named carrier bag (No lunchboxes or water bottles).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Junior Rugby Club<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are still places available for junior pupils to join the after school Rugby Club starting on Monday 25th<\/sup> February<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 The slip is at the end of the newsletter again this week, just complete and return it first thing Monday morning.<\/p>\n

Life Education Bus<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Life Education Bus will be visiting school once again on Tuesday 26th<\/sup> February.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 For new parents this programme works in partnership with schools to help children make healthy choices for life.\u00a0 All pupils will have an age appropriate session on the bus.\u00a0 Parents are invited to visit the bus at 9am if they wish to learn more about the programme.<\/p>\n

Women\u2019s Day of Prayer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Children in years 5 and 6 will be going over to St Margaret\u2019s Church on Friday 1st<\/sup> March<\/em><\/strong> to join in the Women\u2019s Day of Prayer Service.\u00a0 An information sheet is included in their Friday Bag today.<\/p>\n

Parents Meetings<\/strong><\/p>\n

Parents meetings this term are planned for Monday 4th<\/sup> March<\/em><\/strong> and Tuesday 5th<\/sup> March.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Appointment sheets will be available as usual near each classroom from Monday morning after half-term for you to sign up.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t come to school with your child, please ring the school office and we will try to find an appointment time for you.<\/p>\n

World Book Day<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are inviting all the children and staff to come to school in their pyjamas on Thursday 7th<\/sup> March<\/em><\/strong> to celebrate World Book Day;\u00a0 they\u00a0 can also bring their favourite bed time\u00a0 story\u00a0 to school to share with other pupils.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Student\u00a0 Council will be\u00a0 collecting \u00a31 from each child to\u00a0 donate to this year\u2019s chosen charity.\u00a0 World Book Day Tokens will be included in the\u00a0 Friday bags after half-term.<\/p>\n
