School Improvement Priorities 2025 – 2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The areas for improvement for the 2025 – 2026 academic years are identified as:<\/p>\n

Key Priority Area: Leadership and Governance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ensure governors provide robust strategic challenge and support to drive improvement in pupil outcomes, curriculum quality, and inclusion, evidenced through clear impact on school priorities.<\/p>\n

Ensure governors provide robust strategic challenge and support to drive improvement in pupil outcomes, curriculum quality, and inclusion, evidenced through clear impact on school priorities.<\/p>\n

Key Priority Area: Attendance and Behaviour<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

By July 2026, overall attendance will meet or exceed 96%, and persistent absence will reduce to below 10%, through proactive strategies and robust monitoring.<\/p>\n

Key Priority Area: Inclusion<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ensure all pupils, including those with SEND and disadvantaged backgrounds, experience a high-quality, ambitious curriculum and equitable access to enrichment opportunities, leading to improved outcomes and engagement.<\/p>\n

Key Priority Area: Curriculum and Teaching<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ensure the curriculum is coherently planned and sequenced, delivered through consistently high-quality teaching that meets the needs of all learners, including SEND and disadvantaged pupils.<\/p>\n

Key Priority Area: Achievement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

By July 2026, pupil attainment in core subjects will improve so that at least 70% of pupils meet age-related expectations, and progress gaps for SEND and disadvantaged pupils reduce by 10%.<\/p>\n

Key Priority Area: Early Years<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

By July 2026, Early Years provision will ensure that at least 75% of children achieve a Good Level of Development (GLD), with a curriculum that is ambitious, well-sequenced, and inclusive for all learners.<\/p>\n
